As Hospital's first new exclusive artist signing since 2004, Jamie Pullen aka Mistabishi is already coming with his second Hospital 12". Dropping in the twilight hours of 2007, his massive debut "No Matter What" raised a lot of eyebrows and got a lot of feet moving - becoming a dancefloor and radio anthem thanks to support from Zane Lowe, Annie Mac and Jo Whiley. This time round Mistabishi shows his versatility as he turns his hand to two very different slices of cyberfunk on this double A side.
Falling In Love sees vocalist Danman letting loose on a dub filled ragga rinse. Pounding drums and edgy strumming lead you into a crescendo which will have your head spinning. The raw, emotive lyrics which are becoming a trademark in the Mista sound are also present and correct, giving the track a real edge both on and off the dancefloor, it's already a fave with Annie Mac.
She Lied kicks off with a blissful, euphoric intro before rolling into a twisted filtered behemoth. Guitar licks, vocals and breaks melt into each other as this one beats down like the midday sun. Ibiza meets the drum & bass sound of Hospitality. Sun kissed, but tough enough to last the winter too, this one will roll and roll.
