Cross The Line is the third single taken from Camo & Krookeds album of the same title, released in October on Hospital. Having been busy on the road touring, their astounding LED-lit live show is turning heads and moving dancefloors with Ayah Marar, TC and Messy MC. With this digital remix package, the dynamic duo are back to bring their sound to a wider audience.

For those not familiar with the original, Cross The Line is the euphoric, feel-good title track featuring vocals from drum & bass scene starlet, and latterly top 40 vocalist, Ayah Marar. Featuring Balearic guitar chords courtesy of Viper Recordings Futurebound, Camo & Krooked?s production is characteristically slick and lively. A midway breakdown adds a moment of hazy reflection before the tune builds back into the chorus again with a sweep of ecstatic abandon.

On the Dubstep version Camo & Krooked carve out a rich soundscape at 140bpm letting the chords take centre stage, with time-stretched vocals, smashing synths and bellowing bass. Punchy stabs, quirky edits and buckets of Camo & Krooked flavour make sure this adds up to much more than the obligatory dubstep remixes peppering the current scene.

Rounding off the package is a remix from Viper Recordings talent Metrik - an exciting prospect given Camo & Krookeds previous decisions to exclusively remix their own work. After stripping things back to the bare essentials on the intro Metrik re-works the drop from anthemic ballad into high-octane monster with ADHD drums, grinding bass and souped up synth work. One for the adrenaline junkies.
